পাঁচ. লেখা অন্য কারো থেকে কপি করা হলে গ্রহণীয় হবে না।
ছয়. যে কেউই লেখা পাঠাতে পারবেন।
সাত. দেশ বা জাতীয় প্রতীকির সাথে সাংঘর্ষিক না হওয়া।
